The Beginning...

So...just over a year ago I decided to actually step out of my comfort zone (or fly in this case) and move across the ocean to a tropical paradise. I owe all of my thanks to my wonderful sister and brother-in-law who are allowing me to live with them in Hawaii until further life events take me somewhere else. I got a job teaching in Special Ed in Ewa Beach, HI, moved here in July, and have been enjoying almost every minute ever since. As many of you already know, great things have happened since I've been here, both to me and my friends and family. Marriages, births, new homes, homecomings, anniversaries, new relationships, new friends, new jobs, and the list goes on and on. I will be sure to post funnies, as well as pics and experiences.
